Prosper Living Locating provides apartment locating and referral services to help clients identify potential housing options based on their preferences.

We are not the property owner, landlord, or property manager of the communities listed or recommended.

No Guarantee of Approval

Prosper Living Locating does not guarantee:

• Approval for any apartment application

• Rental availability

• Specific pricing or lease terms

All approvals are determined solely by the apartment community and property management.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Completing applications with apartment communities

• Providing accurate information during the leasing process

• Paying all application fees, deposits, and rent directly to the property

Third-Party Relationships

Apartment communities may compensate Prosper Living Locating through referral or marketing agreements.

These agreements do not influence the objective recommendations provided to clients.

Limitation of Liability

Prosper Living Locating shall not be liable for:

• Denied applications

• Lease disputes

• Property conditions

• Decisions made by apartment communities

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
