Prosper Living Locating – Refund Policy

Prosper Living Locating primarily provides free apartment locating services to clients, as compensation is typically received through referral agreements with apartment communities.

If any service fees are charged for specialized services, the following policy applies:

 
Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Services were not provided as agreed

  • A billing error occurred

  • Duplicate payments were made

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Apartment application fees paid to a property

  • Deposits paid directly to a property management company

  • Denied rental applications

  • Client decisions to cancel a search after services were rendered

Processing Time

Approved refunds will typically be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
